Q: What type of payments do you accept?

A: Cash, Check, or Credit Cards.

*Please note sales tax must be charged unless you have a prescription.

Q: Do you take health insurance?

A: No. Typically massage in not covered by health insurance in the state of New Jersey outside of a PT or chiropractic setting. 

Q: Will you come to my home for massage?

A: No. All of our clients are seen at our office, conveniently located by the path train in Hoboken.

Q: Do you work with my doctor?

A: We are happy to consult with your health care team if you so choose. This can make for a collaborative effort and very specific and targeted session. We often work in congruence with someone's Physical Therapist, Chiropractor, Personal Trainer, or under the direction of their medical doctor if applicable.

Q: Should I tip?

A: Gratuities are appreciated by LMTS, and are accepted in cash only.

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?

A: 24 Hours notice for scheduling conflicts. In the event illness, emergency, or inclement weather 4 hours notice may be given. We appreciate as much notice as possible to give others the opportunity to book your spot. Late cancellations are subject to the full session fee of the scheduled service.

Q: Do Packages and Gift Certificates Expire?

A: Yes. Effective 5/1/18, Packages and Gift Certificates must be used within 6 Months of their purchase date. 

Q: Refunds?

Due to the nature of our business, there are no cash refunds or returns on packages or gift certificates purchased. If you are unable to use your sessions, a one time transfer to someone of your choice is acceptable.
